We took the boys down bright and early to watch the balloon festival (and we are NOT morning people, so this was a very sincere effort on our part!) We met Joel & Paulina down in Provo and watched them launch the balloons and then headed up above the temple for a better view.
Ry was ecstatic! He kept trying to look out the window and find them all and once we got out, wouldn't stop pointing. After we enjoyed breakfast at IHOP.
Later that evening we joined in with all the tweens at the Jonas Brothers Concert at Stadium of Fire. We had a great time meeting up with Chris' siblings at Chili's before and then to the celebration in Provo. Ryan was in heaven! No, he isn't a Jonas Fanatic, but he sure does love to scream, and when everyone else is doing it, it makes it okay! He wasn't such a fan of the fireworks, however. He is actually very afraid of thunder and this was just too similar for him to actually enjoy it. Jake was a champ, and slept through the majority of the night.
